Jeremy Leger

Founder, Team Leader & Broker

Jeremy has been a trusted real estate professional since 2007, bringing experience as a brokerage owner, executive leader, and top-producing REALTOR®. He founded Elite Realty Group in 2008 before joining Century 21 Everest, where he later served as President from 2017 to 2024. Today, Jeremy leads the Utah Listing Search Team, combining executive-level insight with hands-on market expertise to help clients navigate every stage of the buying and selling process with confidence.

Trevor Harding

Founder & Agent

Originated the Utah Affinity Group concept, brought to life together with his partners' complementary expertise. 16 years in real estate and a multiple-time winner of the Rainmaker Award for production, with deals closed up and down the Wasatch Front — from Santaquin to Ogden. Also a serial entrepreneur who has owned and operated a restaurant, a nationwide distribution company, and a software company.

Jason West

Founder & Agent

With 12 years of full-time real estate experience, Jason is a seven-time Salt Lake Board of Realtors Top 500 award recipient and consistently one of the top producers at Century 21 Everest. He serves clients all along the Wasatch Front with an approach built on integrity and reliability.
